Brad Brown is 63 years old and has been married to his high school sweetheart, Penny, for 43 years, dating for 46. He has 3 children: Brandon, Blaire, and Brooke, all successful entrepreneurs. Brad has been in hospitality for 48 years and had success with single units, franchise units, and corporate business in both the restaurant and hotel industries. He has won major awards like GM of the Year, Legend GM, Partner of the Year, Businessman of the Year, Coach of the Year (Corporate Franchise), and the Outstanding Leadership Gavel for Dale Carnegie.

He creates a dynamic culture, and brings high energy to his life and to others around him. His philosophies of ‘Make the Employee Work Environment Better than the Guests” has been paramount to his success. Salute!
